Waldfeste
The Bad Wiessee Ski Club has postponed its forest festival by one week. The new dates are Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th (rain date: Sunday, July 5th, 2026). All Dates»

Road closures on July 4 and 5, 2026
The Tegernsee Triathlon takes place on Sunday, July 5, 2026. The Concours of Elegance Germany will be held at Gut Kaltenbrunn on July 4 and 5, 2026. The following road closures will be in effect on both days:

• July 5, 2026, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Road closure between Tegernsee, Gmund Seeglas, and Hausham
• July 4 & 5, 2026, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Road closure from Tegernseer Hof to the Gut Kaltenbrunn intersection

A detour to Hausham via Bad Wiessee or Dürnbach will be set up. The BRB has a modified timetable with replacement buses running from Gmund via Bad Wiessee to Tegernsee: View timetable

BRB timetable change
From July 3 to 5, 2026, there will be timetable changes and rail replacement services on the Munich–Tegernsee route during the night.

The Wallbergmoos Climbing Forest is now a partner of the TegernseeCard. Guests receive a 50% discount on day tickets upon presentation of their TegernseeCard on site. Online booking via the Tegernsee Web App will be available soon.
